Tickets
Is it really free?
Yes. Entry is free for everyone. You only need to register so we can hold a seat for you.
How do I get a ticket?
Register on this site with your name, phone and email. Your ticket, with a QR code, arrives by email within a minute. Show it at the door on your phone.
Can I book for my family or friends?
Each booking is one seat for one person. Everyone coming registers with their own phone number and gets their own ticket.
What happens if it's full?
You'll go on the waitlist instead of being turned away. We'll email you if a seat opens up. A waitlist confirmation is not yet a seat.
I lost my ticket email.
Use Find my ticket with your phone number or ticket reference, and we'll email it to you again.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show the QR code on your phone, or a screenshot of it. A printout works too if you prefer.
Can someone else use my ticket?
Your ticket admits one person, once. If you can't come, you can pass it on: whoever shows the QR first is admitted.
I registered twice by mistake.
Don't worry. One phone number or email gets one booking per performance; a second attempt just resends the first ticket.
On the night
When should I arrive?
Doors open at 3:15 PM on Friday, 18 December 2026. We start at 4:00 PM. Seats are not numbered, so earlier is better.
