Your details, kept safe.

When you register for a ticket we collect your full name, phone number, email address, the performance you chose, and, if you tell us, how you heard about the event. We also record the time you gave consent.

At the door, we record when your ticket was scanned and by which usher, so a ticket can only be used once.

To issue your ticket, email it to you, admit you on the night, and send you important updates about the event (for example a change of time). We use “how you heard about us” only to understand which invitations worked.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to MOSHIA without asking you first.

Only the church’s event team and ushers, through a password-protected admin area. Your data is stored and processed by the services that run this site: Supabase (database), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (spam protection). Our analytics never include your name, phone number or email.

We keep registration details until 90 days after the last performance, then delete them. If you give us separate permission (for example on a connect card), we keep only what you agreed to.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted at any time. Email TODO: privacy contact email with your ticket reference or phone number, and we’ll respond within 7 days.

The personal poster maker works entirely on your phone. Your photo is never uploaded to us.

Photos from the night may appear in our gallery. If you are in one and would like it removed, email TODO: privacy contact email with a link to the photo and we will take it down.
